The contactless ticket is a reusable card where you can load Twisto single-use tickets (excluding stored balance credits).

Don’t throw away your tickets—they’re reloadable!

The contactless ticket is a reloadable card where you can load all the following tickets:

1-HOUR
Ticket Packs
24-HOUR
48-HOUR
72-HOUR
FAMILY
GROUP
Once used, you can reload the contactless ticket with the same fare or a different one.
For example: If you buy a 1-hour contactless ticket, you can later reload it with a 10-trip fare.

Keep your ticket!

Fare prices stay the same, but there’s an initial €0.20 fee for the contactless card (this helps cover the cost of the card). So remember to keep your ticket for future reloads.

Example: If you purchase a 1-hour contactless ticket, you pay €1.80 (€1.60 for the fare + €0.20 for the card).
For future reloads on the same ticket, each 1-hour fare costs €1.60.

Validating your ticket is simple!
Just tap your ticket on the target and your trip is validated!

Check Your Ticket Balance
You can check your balance:

- On the validator: Select “Information” and tap your ticket on the target. Don't forget to tap again to validate your trip afterward.
- At ticket machines located at all tramway stations and main bus stops: tap your ticket on the machine and select "Contenu de ma carte" [Contents of my card]
- At the transit office
- At a partner retailer
