On demand service Twisto Twisto on-demand services Complementing the regular bus service, Twisto offers two on-demand services: the Flexo Pro lines and the Résago service. FLEXO PRO lines The Espérance business park is served by the Flexo Pro service. An à la carte service for maximum flexibility! How does it work? The Flexo Pro lines are open to everyone and operate with fixed schedules for certain stops, while others require advance reservations, indicated by the symbol on the timetable. How does it work? Example: Jacques lives in Cormelles-le-Royal and wants to take Flexo Line 40 to his workplace in the Espérance business park. Step_1 No reservation required. Jacques goes to the "Pommier Gris" stop. As he boards the bus, he tells the driver that his destination stop is "Lumière.” Jacques arrives at his destination at 8:41 am. After work, Jacques wants to be back at the "Newton" stop by 5:45 pm. He reserves his trip by phone at least 2 hours before departure. Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance. He receives a confirmation by SMS of his pick-up time at the "Lumière" stop. Résago is Twisto’s flexible and convenient on-demand service. Your ride is provided by a Twisto taxi, with routes and pick-up times coordinated to accommodate other passengers who have reserved rides along the same route. Convenient: Travel to and from any bus stop and a Résago stop. Affordable: Enjoy custom service at standard Twisto fares. Simple: Call, book your ride, and hop in your taxi! ⚠️ Important: please arrive at the bus stop a few minutes before your departure time. When the taxi arrives, confirm with the driver that it is the Twisto Résago service. Example Paul lives in Saint-Aubin d'Arquenay. He uses the Resago service to go to the train station at 4:37 pm. 1️⃣ He reserves his ride by phone at least 2 hours before departure. Paul receives confirmation of his pick-up time (+ or - 5 min). 2️⃣ He gets to his bus stop a few minutes early, signals the driver when the taxi arrives and confirms it's the Résago service. On the way, Paul's taxi picks up other travelers who have also reserved a ride. 3️⃣Paul arrives at the train station at 4:37 pm, relaxed and on time. For the return journey, it's just as simple: Paul books a Résago taxi to get back to Rots, selecting a 3:15 pm departure from Caen train station, and he gets home without a hitch!
