This platform is accessible from a computer equipped with a webcam and a broadband Internet connection.

It enables you to converse in subtitles, French sign language or Langue Française Parlée Complétée.

An advisor is on hand Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 7:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 12:00pm to help you with your mobility needs.

The Twisto Mediator

In accordance with the order of August 20, 2015 relating to the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, a mediator may be referred to by a customer in the event of a dispute with the subsidiary RD CLM. This intervention is carried out at the customer's request for a range of disputes (consumer disputes, relating to the commercial provisions of transport tickets, linked to service quality issues or on the occasion of an observed infringement). Before referring the matter to the mediator, the customer must have filed a complaint with the Twisto customer relations center. If they are not satisfied with the response, or if they have not received a reply within one month, they may then refer the matter to the mediator within one year of the date of the complaint. In the case of a dispute concerning a ticketing offence, the customer has two months from the date of the offence to lodge a complaint with the mediator. The complaint must be made online, explaining the situation as clearly as possible and providing all supporting information:
