Etiquette on the Twisto Network

For everyone's comfort, please follow these basic etiquette rules when traveling on the network.

Animals are not allowed on buses or trams, except guide dogs for the visually impaired and small pets in carriers.

For everyone's safety, roller skates are not permitted to be worn on board.

Only folding scooters and bicycles are allowed on buses and trams, provided they are folded and held by their owners in designated wheelchair spaces.
Non-folding bikes and scooters are allowed on trams during off-peak hours, provided they do not block other passengers. Bikes must be held by their owners and placed in designated areas.

No packages or items larger than one meter are allowed on board.

Dangerous, flammable, or toxic items are not permitted on board.

Validation is mandatory

Validation is mandatory each time you board, including when transferring.
To validate, tap your contactless ticket or Twisto Atoumod card on the validator target. If you are traveling with an SMS ticket, present it to the driver. For e-Tickets, scan the QR code available on all vehicles to validate your ticket.

Board the bus through the front door; the rear doors are reserved for exiting and for people with disabilities.

On both buses and trams, always let passengers exit before boarding.
For everyone's comfort, move towards the back of the bus once your ticket is validated.

To ensure passenger safety, Twisto allows only 2 strollers on buses.

Smoking is strictly prohibited, including e-cigarettes.

Priority seating is reserved for people with disabilities and other challenges.

Strollers must be placed in designated areas (secured with brakes on).

Out of courtesy for other passengers, listen to music or media devices only with headphones or earphones and wait until your journey is over to make phone calls.
