Pour leur première connexion, les clients possédant une carte Twisto Atoumod sont invités à suivre les étapes suivantes :

If this is your first time using the e-store and you already have a Twisto Atoumod card, follow the steps below:

1.  Create an account at the e-store at twisto.fr. All you need is an email address!

2.  Link your e-store account to your Twisto Atoumod card. Just provide the first and last name, date of birth and email address you used when you created your card.

After that, you can purchase your tickets or monthly or annual pass (full price must be paid at time of purchase) from the e-store. Your Twisto ticket is available on your card when you tap it on a ticket machine or validator.

It may take up to 72 hours after purchase before your ticket is available for use. To make sure you have the ticket or pass you need, check your card’s contents online or at a Twisto ticket machine or validator.

If this is your first time using the e-store and you don’t have a Twisto Atoumod card yet, you can create your account and order your Twisto Atoumod card. 

Twisto will send the new card directly to you.
