Fairtiq: your Twisto Ticket at Your Fingertips! With the Fairtiq app, you can now travel on the Twisto network without having to buy your ticket in advance. This easy-to-use app automatically calculates your travel and charges you the lowest fare. How does it work? Create your account on the Fairtiq app and add your payment method (required for billing). When you board a Twisto bus or tram, swipe once to start your trip (keep the app open even during transfers). After your trip, swipe again to indicate that your trip has ended. The app will automatically calculate your travel and charge you the best fare. ✅ In the event of a control, tap the ticket icon. The controller will scan the QR code displayed. ⚠️ Make sure your phone is charged throughout your trip and that the app has access to your location. *Glissez Twisto Billing Billing is triggered once the total of your trips reaches 15€. If this amount isn’t reached, your bill will be generated after 5 days of use or at the end of the month. Please note If you take at least 3 trips in one day, you will be charged for a 24-Hour Ticket, priced at €4. Examples • Julie is visiting Caen from out of town. She took 3 trips (no transfers) per day for 4 days. She will be billed for four 24-hour tickets, totaling €16 at the end of the week. • Roxane makes 1 trip per day, Monday to Friday. She will be billed for 5 tickets at €1.60, totaling €8, on Fridays. - John makes 1 round trip a week. He will be billed for 8 tickets at 1.60€, totaling €12.80 at the end of the month.
